How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your On Courses account using either of the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the On Courses app and log in to your account

Navigate to Settings

Tap Delete Account

Confirm the deletion

Method 2: Via Email

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request - On Courses"
  • The email address registered with your account
  • Your registered phone number (for verification)

We will process your request within 3 business days.

Data Affected by Deletion

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data Type What Happens on Deletion
Profile Information Deleted (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
Login Sessions All sessions revoked immediately
Attendance Records Deleted
Homework & Tests Deleted
Chat Messages Deleted
Financial Transaction Records May be retained for accounting and legal purposes for up to 5 years

Data Retention Period

  • Personal data is deleted immediately upon confirmation
  • Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years as required by law and accounting regulations
  • Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days
